A well-planned and efficient external assessment, to an agreed timetable, which will be performed with minimal disruption to school’s staff;

Assurance that external assessments are accurate, complete and timely and that they comply with CIPFA guidelines, relevant Internal Audit Standards, other regulations and best practice;

Production of recommended action plans for marginally failed schools and brief reports for failed schools;
